The April 2, 2007 in Fregene (Italy), Shawn Alladio owner of K38 Water Safety located in California, United States, recognized as the sole instructor in Spain and granted an exclusive license to Jose Joaquin Pardo Moreno, known as Jochi Pardo, for represent the K38 Water Safety under the name of K38 Spain, with all the rights and intellectual property, to provide courses in the country of Spain and South American countries.
